I'm Gina Tripodo, founder of Heal With Gina, and I would love to tell you more about my life and why I should be your trusted go--to coach for transforming your life through love.

 

To be honest with you, there are many times that I don’t even recognize myself or my life when compared to who I was in the past and the environments I grew up in. I was given several challenging situations--most of which were deeply traumatic-- when I was a child, and by the time I was a young teen, I entered the ‘dark night of the soul’ phase of my life. Little did I know at the time that my wounds and this very dark period would be the greatest blessings of my life.

Into the initiation I went. Somehow surviving, very literally, this period of my life with the guidance and light of a very few beautiful souls. These people offered me sanity and grounding in my intuition and inner knowing about myself and my life. From here, myself and my life had stabilized (in mediocracy), and the gift I was given was the knowing that I was able to survive anything.

Continuing into my late teens and young 20’s, I skated into yet another layer of brand new never before experienced complex traumas all at once. The fork in the road was evident, I had to not only survive these traumas but actually evolve and thrive beyond them. I was catapulted into a years-long interpersonal healing journey that I, if I am being honest, am still finding myself involved in. Included in this period was a profound healing through connection with something I had lost-faith. My new connection with spirituality and spiritual based interventions promoted deeper levels of clarity and understanding about my life and the reason I had experienced all of these difficulties.

Transformation is the best word to describe what I personally feel I am existing on this Earth to experience. At this time in my life, I can acknowledge how being given the adverse experiences and unhealthy people I had to learn and heal from, provided me the exact opportunities I needed to transform every part of myself and my life.

I have always been passionate about helping others and knew this was a calling for me, so, in college I pursed a degree and license to practice as a therapist. I still actively hold a full and successful therapy practice in New York where I help people learn transformation for themselves and find beauty in life. It’s truly a blessing to be a part of.

​

In 2024, I had a strong intuitive nudge to open Heal With Gina, where my secrets and powerful transformation steps could be more accessible to a larger amount of people, and make a bigger impact. So, here we are. I am so grateful for you being here and I look forward to working together to transform your life into a better reality than you can even imagine.
